University of Texas discovers something special with WorkflowGen
Once we discovered WorkflowGen, we knew that we were looking at something special. Being able to design workflow processes using forms, without formal programming, was extremely important to us. We plan to extend WorkflowGen processes to other areas since it is so easy to design and implement them quickly and economically. We are very satisfied with the product.

USC streamlines faculty record document management – case study in “Campus Technology”
Read about USC’s campus-wide implementation of Laserfiche’s Document Management solution in a recent case study published in “Campus Technology” magazine. According to David Haugland, associate vice provost, the university is realizing benefits ranging from the simple (cutting down on inter-office mail and reducing storage and processing costs) to the critical (disaster recovery, transparency, and compliance).
Disaster recovery has really been the catalyst for enterprise-wide adoption of Laserfiche. All institutions of higher education–especially when it comes to stimulus funding–are facing higher compliance issues. We’re able to report accurately and quickly, and that affects everybody.

Expanding our education at the CAUBO conference

Intellera participated in the recent CAUBO 2009 conference hosted by the University of Ottawa. We had the opportunity to meet and speak with many of the CAUBO delegates who work in higher education across Canada about the types of challenges that they face when it comes to workflow, electronic and paper forms, records and documents.
Intellera donated a SOLIO solar powered charger that was given away at the Closing luncheon – congratulations to the winner Claudio Brun del Re from the University of Ottawa!
Thanks to the hundreds of people who stopped by our booth at the conference – we appreciate your interest in Intellera.
