Time Warner Cable simplifies daily tasks by implementing WorkflowGen

Posted in raving fans by melanienehme on April 12, 2012

“WorkflowGen was a great addition to the software we use for both our internal and external customers. We’ve had great experience working with their skilled and friendly staff. Their customer service orientated team demonstrates great consistency on problem resolution and is very courteous whenever a problem arises.

During our implementation, their project communication was excellent and at every stage we were made to feel like we were in the best of hands. We use WorkflowGen for several key processes, and given our size employee base process such as employee onboarding can be challenging. It is now very simple and automated with WorkflowGen. Our project has turned out better than expected, and we have big plans to deploy further across our organization. Thank you so much.”

The system is extremely easy to use and delivers solid out of the box functionality. We know that we have only scratched the surface with what we can do.”

Fowler White Boggs recommends WorkflowGen as a very manageable, customizable solution

Posted in raving fans by melanienehme on April 12, 2012

“Many thanks, yet again, for the fabulous upgrade training we recently received from your professional services consultant. We not only covered all of the enhanced features of your newest product version, but we were also able to hammer out approaches to new workflows under consideration. Our questions and concerns were addressed specifically and in a manner relevant to our environment rather than with just some generic examples.  This training methodology is always useful and welcome.  Your attention to and focus on the development and growth of your product is impressive.”

“I am always more than happy to share our experience with anyone seeking a workflow solution, particularly other law firms, where bridging data sources smoothly is critical.  I highly recommend WorkflowGen as a very manageable and extremely customizable solution.”

WorkflowGen helps healthcare provider St. Michael’s House manage their operations

Posted in case study, raving fans by Mia Saks on February 2, 2012

We had developed our own in-house solution which highlighted the benefits of having a web-based workflow solution, but quickly realized that the cost of developing a scalable and robust solution that was as powerful as WorkflowGen was not realistic. We found that WorkflowGen offered the best combination of functionality, ease of use and critically low costs both in the short- and long-term.

Once we discovered WorkflowGen, we knew that we were looking at something special. Being able to design workflow processes using forms, without formal programming, was extremely important to us. We plan to extend WorkflowGen processes to other areas since it is so easy to design and implement them quickly and economically. We are very satisfied with the product.

Global, diversified corporation Mitsui uses WorkflowGen integrated to SAP

Posted in case study, raving fans by Mia Saks on January 10, 2012

The concept of the WorkflowGen product is excellent: it enables the focus on the workflow function; its robust design facilitates the quick implementation of new functions; and it leverages the core Web technologies (.NET, XML, RSS Feed, Web Services, etc.) The tool is easy to use, the design and various settings of WorkflowGen are intuitive, and finally the cost performance is very high.

UAP achieves major boost in productivity and accountability with WorkflowGen CAPEX

Posted in raving fans by Mia Saks on October 25, 2011

Using WorkflowGen CAPEX, we’ve been able to dramatically increase our control over the capital expenditure process. We have hundreds of users in the field making purchase requests, and prior to implementing this tool we had very limited visibility into the process. In addition, requests were taking too long to approve causing hold-ups and confusion. Now with WorkflowGen, there has been a major boost in both productivity and accountability – what had been a weakness before, is now a strength.
